Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at Baltimore Pride. Below is general information and the application form.
GENERAL INFORMATION
We're seeking vendors for the below events
Block Party
Saturday, June 24, 3pm-9pm
Along Charles Street, Baltimore, MD between North Avenue and 23rd Street

Pride in the Park
Sunday, June 25, 12pm-6pm
Druid Hill Park
Logistics
Booth space for both events is 10'x10'. Tables and chairs will not be provided this year. Canopies can be rented for an additional fee of $125 / day. Electricity will not be provided. Vendors are responsible for bringing generators, cords, and other supplies as needed.
DEADLINES AND PRICING
Registration closes at 11:59pm on Saturday, June 3, 2023. There will be no exceptions made this year. Thank you for understanding and respecting this new boundary.

On-Time Bird (ends May 15)
Late Bird (ends June 3)
Micro Business/Organization (10 employees or less):

Early Bird: $200 for Saturday or Sunday, $350 for all weekend

On-Time Bird: $250 for Saturday or Sunday, $400 for all weekend

Late Bird: $350 for Saturday or Sunday, $500 for all weekend
Small Business/Organization (11- 49 employees):

Early Bird: $400 for Saturday or Sunday, $700 for all weekend

On-Time Bird: $500 for Saturday or Sunday, $800 for all weekend

Late Bird: $700 for Saturday or Sunday, $1,000 for all weekend
Medium-Large Business/Organization (50+ employees):

Early Bird: $800 for Saturday or Sunday, $1,400 for all weekend

On-Time Bird: $1,000 for Saturday or Sunday, $1,600 for all weekend

Late Bird: $1,400 for Saturday or Sunday, $2,000 for all weekend
If you plan to sell food, there is an additional flat fee of $300 for each day, or $600 for all weekend.
REFUND POLICY
All fees are non-refundable.
